Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons for children aged 2–6 years using our thematic EMIT curriculum. Communicate daily progress with parents, maintain a safe and nurturing classroom, and collaborate with co-educators to ensure every child thrives.

• B.Ed / NTT / D.El.Ed or equivalent early childhood education certification
• Trained in early learning methodologies and child development
• Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching children aged 2–6 years
• Patient, creative, and nurturing personality
• Ability to engage young children through play-based and thematic learning

Support the lead educator in delivering a nurturing early learning experience for children aged 2–6 years. Assist during classroom activities, play time, and meals, help maintain a positive and clean environment, and ensure every child feels safe and seen.

• Training in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field
• Good English communication skills — spoken
• Caring, patient, and responsible personality
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Ability to follow educator-led lesson plans and routines
• Willingness to grow and learn on the job

Support children's daily wellbeing by assisting during meals, nap time, washroom routines, and outdoor activities. Work alongside educators to maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment so every child at EmitMinds feels comfortable and cared for.

• Experience working with young children aged 2–6 (preferred)
• Caring, responsible, and attentive personality
• Strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness practices
• Physically active and able to assist children throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Be the welcoming face of EmitMinds. Handle parent inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, assist with admissions documentation, coordinate with the teaching team on daily schedules, and ensure families always feel warmly received at our campus.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil or Kannada
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications
• Organized, professional, and warm with parents and visitors
• Experience in a school, clinic, or customer-facing office (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately
